We are a diverse community of Jesus followers based in Nelson Mandela Bay, South Africa who strive to be Christ-centered, family-focused and mission-minded. This podcast is a collection of lessons and workshops that have been given by a number of local and international speakers.
“Alone we can do so little. Together we do so much”. This saying is true of the church which is referred to, amongst others, as the family of God and the body of Christ. Our lives affect one another and the decisions we make will impact those around us.
This lesson examines what living like a family of many parts practically looks like, learning from the example of three minor characters in the Bible.
Tabitha was always doing good works and acts of charity, seeing and responding to needs. Ananias was deeply devoted and readily shared the word of God, even when it was uncomfortable. Epenetus, who is described as a dear friend of Paul, persevered in the faith through persecutions and difficulties.
